Agape Bakery is a Michigan home based online bakery
We are a faith based company that believes in wholehearted baking. It is a way to provide healthy, nutritious, and delicious snacks that people can enjoy and feel wholesome afterwards.
Agape Bakery uses only fresh, wholesome ingredients without the preservatives and chemicals of consumer processed foods. You can have comfort that we use the same simple ingredients that you would use in your own kitchen.
The Baker
My name is Samuel Contreras and I am the owner of Agape Bakery. It all began with sharing. Before the business got started, I loved baking pastries for my friends and family, being eager to share my joy for it with others. I started baking in middle school and had a fascination with the chocolate chip cookie, looking for the best cookie recipe to bring the most joy to the senses.
On my last day of transitioning from one job to another, I decided to bake cookies for my coworkers as a farewell gift. At first, just one cookie was gone but then as the word spread throughout the workplace, the rest of them were gone within a few minutes. I got to see the joy in my coworkers faces and in turn they encouraged me to pursue this business.
